Fresh Fish Pie

Our top tip for a quick and easy way to do it…

Ingredients;

Pint of fish stock

400g Luxury Fish Mix

Salmon

Cod

Hake

Smoked Haddock

1 Onion

Stick of celery

1 Carrot

Handful of garden peas

400g creamy mash potato

1/4 pint double cream

Dill & parsley

Salt & pepper

To cook;

Chop onion, carrot & celery into small chunks and boil in fish stock 10mins.

Add Luxury Fish Mix and peas simmer for 6 mins more with veg.

Drain off stock add double cream, dill, parsley, salt & pepper.

Mix together and put the mix into an oven dish.

Cover with mashed potato.

INTO OVEN 180 DEGREES 20 MINS THEN SERVE Serves 4
